Pre- and post-care are important to ensure that your treatments and procedures at OptimalSelf MD produce the results that you desire and visualized with Dr. Shawn and Dr. Katherine. We offer written instructions for pre- and post-care because sometimes patients feel overwhelmed before and after their procedures. You can review these instructions before your procedures and make a list of questions for your consultation.
